Volunteer
We are always reaching out to the community to hear your stories, it’s at the heart of what we do. We offer training and events so that you can influence our work, for example, we are looking for the people of the Valleys to share with us their stories, ideas and art.
- Aberfan Volunteers. We have recenlty started working with the Rhondda Heritage Park and Glamorgan Archieves to collect letters from the people who volunteered on the day of the Aberfan disaster. The letters will be kept safe in the archives until 2066, when they will be given to the community of Aberfan to share what people did to volunteer on the day.
